Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For items shipped via freight (LTL), you are required to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If visible damage is present, you must note the damage on the receipt or refuse the shipment. Signing a delivery receipt without noting damage constitutes your acknowledgment that the product arrived in good condition, and we may be unable to process a damage claim.
Non-defective returns (buyer's remorse) are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%, depending on the manufacturer's specific policy and the condition of the item upon return. The exact fee will be deducted from your refund.

Certain products, including rooftop tents and electrical systems, require specialized installation. We strongly recommend that all products be installed by a certified professional. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of these products. Adventure Volt is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper mounting, failure to follow manufacturer safety guidelines, or exceeding vehicle weight limits.
Many products sold by Adventure Volt are oversized or classified as Hazardous Materials. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including specialized freight services and Hazmat compliance. Adventure Volt does not provide return shipping labels for non-defective items.
