3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States):
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders

No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.


4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.

Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times are estimates and include order processing plus transit time. Please refer to the specific delivery estimate on each product page for the most accurate information.

    • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days.

    • Freight & Oversized Shipping: 10–21 business days.

    Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


6. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Reliable Carriers:
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

Domestic Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx
LTL Freight Carriers: FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics

Shipment Tracking:
All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Insurance:
Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.

6.1 Freight Delivery (LTL) Requirements Items such as Rooftop Tents and high-capacity Power Stations ship via LTL Freight.

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. You (or an adult 18+) must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is "curbside." The driver is not responsible for moving the item into your garage, home, or backyard.

  • Phone Number Accuracy: You must provide a valid phone number at checkout. If the carrier cannot reach you to schedule delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.


7. Order Tracking

Tracking Information:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking Number

  • Carrier Name

  • Link to Track Your Package

How to Track Your Order:
Visit www.adventurevolt.com/apps/track-order or the carrier’s website.
Enter your tracking number to view the status and estimated delivery date.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

Delayed Delivery:
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@adventurevolt.com or +1 (518) 380-2826.

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Verify the shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact us for further assistance

8.2  Inspection and Damage (Mandatory for Freight)

For all Freight (LTL) shipments, you are legally required to inspect the pallet and packaging before the driver leaves.

  • Visible Damage: If the box is punctured, crushed, or open, you must write "DAMAGED" on the Bill of Lading (the delivery receipt) before signing.

    1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items

    2. Contact us within 7 days at support@adventurevolt.com

       

    3. Refusing Shipment: If the damage is severe, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

       

  • Clean Signatures: If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damage, you are acknowledging the item was received in good condition. Adventure Volt cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for damage reported after a "clean" signature is given


9. Missing Items

Reporting Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and missing item details.

Resolution:
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or issuing a refund.


10. Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Because our products are heavy/oversized, return freight costs can range from $150–$400. Additionally, the original shipping costs incurred by Adventure Volt to send the product to you are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

11. Incorrect Address

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
