3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to return a product within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Initiating a Return

Return Authorization:
Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Note on Hazardous Materials: Many of our products are classified as Class 9 Hazardous Materials. By law, these must be shipped via certified Hazmat carriers in specialized packaging. Customers are responsible for ensuring all returns comply with DOT regulations. Failure to ship via an authorized Hazmat carrier may result in the carrier refusing the package or legal fines, for which the customer is solely responsible.

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Eligibility: Unused, undamaged, in original packaging.

Refund: Issued to original payment method. A restocking fee of 15% to 25% (depending on manufacturer requirements) will apply to all change-of-mind returns will apply to all change-of-mind returns. Original credit card processing fees and original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

Mandatory Inspection: For items delivered via Freight (LTL), such as Rooftop Tents and Solar Kits, you must inspect the pallet and packaging before signing the delivery receipt.

Visible Damage: If damage is visible, you must note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and Refuse the Shipment.

Notification: Contact us within 24 hours. If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damage, Adventure Volt cannot guarantee a refund or replacement as the carrier is released from liability.

Resolution: For verified defects, we cover replacement or full refund and return shipping.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
