Shipping Time & Delivery Expectations
What are your shipping costs? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days.

Freight Shipping: Typically takes 10–21 business days.
How do Freight deliveries work? For oversized items, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.

Payment Options

Return Policy
What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@adventurevolt.com. Orders that have already been shipped will fall under Return Policy.
